3 things that age your skin faster 👀

There are so many skincare products out there promising miracles… but the truth is that a few key things have the biggest impact on how our skin ages.

Here are the 3 most common causes I see in clinic:

1️⃣ Dehydration
When skin lacks hydration it can start to look dull, tired and fine lines become more visible. Healthy skin needs hydration to maintain its glow and elasticity.

2️⃣ Sun exposure
UV damage is actually responsible for up to 80% of visible skin ageing.
It breaks down collagen and can cause pigmentation, uneven tone and deeper lines over time.

3️⃣ Loss of collagen
From our late 20s onwards we naturally start losing collagen every year, which is why skin gradually loses firmness and elasticity.
