It's my favourite day to get outside and be with nature. Sundays are my day to rest, recharge, and just be at peace going with the flow. ☕️💭🌧🌳

We have had another great week in the studio. I love everyone's openness to mini tweaks with hair lengths and colours, which has been great fun to do.

This beautiful hair was freshened up with a GLOSS. ✨️✨️✨️

Just as the seasons change, so can your hair. Don't be afraid of change. Even the smallest of changes can make such a difference.🫶

F e b r u a r y 💕

It's a new month to create some more beautiful hair.💕💕

I like to use this short month as a month of self care continuing through from January.

💕 Meditate.🧘‍♀️ 15 minutes every morning.

💕Sleep, movement, and plenty of rest are so important.

💕 Declutter spaces around the studio and at home. This gives me a sense of calm.

💕 I love to treat myself to flowers. Daffodils and tulips are perfect this time of year. A pop of colour helps during these darker days.

💕I love to be outside as much as possible. It always helps me feel connected as I struggle with my nervous system after a few days in the studio. So this has become a non-negotiable for me.

💕 I intentionally book time out to read my book. This is a new habit for me and one I have loved so far.

💕 I love a lazy afternoon, pampering myself. Hair treatment on, eye patches. Sipping green tea, listening to zen music. 🧘‍♀️

It is the small intentional changes that can make the biggest difference.

Make February your month to look after you and keep it going. Make it a new habit. 💕

Life can be so stressful and demanding. It can suddenly become overwhelming, and you can feel burnout. Listen to what you need and remember you are just as important as the people you take care of. 💕🌌🙏

I'm back in the studio tomorrow for 2 days. ✨️

Same hair with different toners! A change can be subtle and fun. Don't be afraid to mix up your colour with different toners. 🧚‍♀️

The first picture is in the summer, then we went a little warmer and darker for winter.

Anyone wanting bigger changes to your hair I will need to know before your appointment as you may need an allergy alert test for the different colours, we also need to make sure we have the correct time allocated.

The diary for FEBRUARY 💕💕will be open from tomorrow. I will only be booking appointments this week during my working days, Thursday & Friday. 🙏

Going forward over the next couple of months, I will be working shorter hours and booking less appointments during my days. I am so grateful for how busy we have become, but I need to remember why I went self-employed. I need to take a little step back to get the balance and to get everything just as I used to love.✨️

My job is about creating beautiful hair in a calm, relaxed workplace at my own pace and for my clients to have the time and space to also relax.🧘‍♀️🙏🙏
