I am opening my self up to make a support group for women who are sick and tired of all or some of these issues.. I have been suffering with weight loss issue for a long time these are my weight loss photos, I had no support it took me 15 months, it took me longer than it should of because I kept falling off and on due to no support.
so this is why I am wanting to start a support group because with my support group there will be meal plans and recipes, encouragement, kick up the butt when needed, and accountability with each other.
