1lb off this wk that's 1 st 10lb so far I'm getting bk into it slowly still struggling to eat a meal but going to keep trying had steak veg and Spuds did eat more then half so that's good

Having a gd wk apart from meal out on weds but fingers crossed I'm back on it see what Monday bringing hoping for a new number nearer to my 2st

Hi I'm bk been ill still not 100% but feeling a bit better. had to get bk to slimming world after two wks off ill, did think would have a gain and ended up losing 2 half lb so I'm well chuffed. So back to 1 st 9lb lose.
So I am going to do a back to wk one of slimming world.
feel I need to reset and get back into it
So let's see what this wk brings

Lost 1lb last wk and gained half lb this wk so lost 1st 8half lb trying to get back to eating meals but still not 100% well but still going

Had a right 2wks
ended up at docs on Tues I have bronchitis on antibiotics
we need a hol to get over this last 2wks
I have tried but not eating much so eating what I fancy but bk to slimming world Monday and what will be will be
Trying to get bk on it but can't really eat much just picking at min

2lb off this wk 1St 8lb off I'm chuffed go on hol Friday for 10 days see how we go

4 half lb off yesterday so pleased

One more wk before hols then two wks hol

Meals from last few days

Last few day my lunch and tea back on track after a gain so want a loss this on Monday

Breakfast banana
Lunch fruit
Not very hungry today feel to warm
Tea rivita and laughing cow light with tomato
Will have fruit with it
Will look like a banana soon lol

Another 1lb off this morning
So far 1st 5half lb in 7 wk

My bed partner for tonight little love
