14 years in… and I’m still learning, growing and being inspired ✨

This time last week, I had the absolute joy of treating my leaders (and some wonderful guests from Sarah Fordham and Debbie Roberts’ teams) to a full day of training with the amazing Sam Verdejo.

And honestly? It reminded me why I fell in love with this business in the first place.

Because no matter how long you’ve been doing this… there is always something new to learn.
New perspectives. Fresh ideas. Little reminders of things you once knew—but needed to hear again.

But more than that… it’s the energy in the room.
The shared ambition. The stories. The breakthroughs. The “you too?!” moments.

With our team spread from the North East to South Wales, days like this don’t come around often—so when they do, we really make them count 🤍

And after a full day of learning, it felt so special to slow things down with afternoon tea… time to chat, laugh, reconnect and celebrate just how much growth there’s been over the past 12 months.

Because this business?

It was never just about selling skincare.
