All about the Grace

Hello everyone! 👋
It feels like a lifetime since i posted on this page. It's been a crazy (nearly) two years 🤯
I really hope you are all well and taking time to practice self care whatever that looks like to you 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️
I've recently started creating homemade products to help people to find a calming moment to soothe the soul.
I essentially created them for myself after feeling so frazzled by life, and knowing i needed to start taking care of myself again. I've never been a bath kind of gal but these made me feel like i was treating myself and investing in my wellbeing which is why i wanted to offer them to others too. They contain a lovely blend of lavender and rose (but can be one or the other) and epsom salts 🌹

From tomorrow it will be the final 4 week block of my classes at Horbury before I go away!

The class runs from 6-7pm at the Cluntergate centre and is £5 per session.
(Don't worry to my regular yogis when I return I plan to start them back up 😄)

As you may or may not know International women's day is next week! ♀️
I have decided that in honour of International women's day I will be donating the money raised at my Horbury class on Thursday to Freedom4Girls who provide sanitary products to young women in need 💕
Im sure we've all been there either at work or at home when we've been stuck without anything so let's help make it a little easier for someone else by getting rid of that added stress 👍
