This is the second of four images I have completed for my Major Project topic - “How prevalent is witchcraft in todays society?”

This image is to show the practice of divination which many practitioners utilise. Divination is used to gain knowledge of the future or the unknown, which can be accomplished using various methods - Ouija boards, Tarot cards and Rune stones to name a few.

The concept for the image is to show a spirit/entity someone is trying to contact, however whoever they reach, is not who they say they are.

This is the first of four images I have completed for my Major Project topic - “How prevalent is witchcraft is todays society?”

The image includes common tools used in the craft - books, candles and crystals, but also utilises ideas that many people would come to when thinking of witchcraft - the ability to make objects levitate.
