For the 2026 L'Oreal Colour Trophy competition, we created something that felt timeless but also contemporary.
The colour was inspired by the rise of old money / vintage aesthetic we’re seeing everywhere at the moment, something we predict will grow over the next year. We leaned into classic 1950s references with the shape and finish, but kept the colour modern through placement and tone.
It’s all about that balance which is nostalgic but fresh, polished but still creative.
We’re definitely seeing a shift towards more individual, expressive and personalised colour in the Salon, and this look really reflects where things are heading.
We are super proud of our entry and the final look exceeded our expectations.

After years of being blonde our client wanted something more low maintenance and closer to her natural colour so that’s exactly what we did! The result is a softer, more natural look that still feels fresh and beautiful. How gorgeous does this look?
