As you will no longer have an individual account, you won’t be able to log on to view future appointments, however we have been sending receipts out over the past year. Every time you pay for your treatment you will receive a receipt with the email you’ve used to book the appointment with, and at the bottom of there are all your future appointments. You will also receive a confirmation email every time you book an appointment online.

Our system has had an update with online bookings.
The old link will no longer work, so the link to our new system is

You will no longer need to log in, I know a lot of you have had problems with the system forgetting your password and kicking you out, which has been annoying. From now on you will enter your details and the system will recognise your account with the details you have entered, make sure to click the remember me button for your future bookings.
All previous bookings are still booked in as they were.

There are a few changes online, it’s much easier to navigate, and will also ask for your card details. No payments will be taken at the time of your booking, the details are only there for no shows and people cancelling with less than 48 hours notice.
As we have had an increase of cancellations this will help us able to hopefully prevent this from happening.
You can still book everything as normal, when you book appointments your email will show all your future appointments with us.

Payments in the salon will remain the same.
