By now, you’ve more than likely heard the term «salmon s***m facial»…. 🐟
Let me ser the record straight…it’s not actually salmon s***m being injected 😅
It’s made from highly purified DNA fragments extracted from the s***m cells (or gonadal tissue) of salmon or trout. The DNA is then processed, purified, sterilised, and broken down into polynucleotides or PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotides).
By the time it’s injected, there are no intact s***m cells present. There are no fish proteins or reproductive cells remaining. What remains is a purified chain of DNA fragments designed to support tissue repair and regeneration.
But it still is quite funny to call it salmon s***m, so we have a giggle and carry on 😂👌🏼
