It is that time of year again where hayfever comes along and ruins your life! There is a cure that works much better than tablets - an injection of Triamcinolone acetonide (Kenolog). Works within a couple of days and lasts most people the whole summer although the literature says a couple of months!

If you are fed up of taking antihistamines that don't fully control your symptoms, not being able to sleep because of symptoms, feeling chesty and wheezy and you suffer badly with hayfever that controls your life and you feel miserable you might want to consider trying a steroid injection that helps with hayfever. It is not too late to have it. It works overnight for most people but can take up to a week and usually provides relief for the whole of the summer (depending on physical activity, body weight etc some people do require another one in the same year but very few).

It is £50 for the consultation and the injection (if you consider the cost of antihistamines which are not providing full hay fever symptom relief 24/7 it is cost effective). Anti Wrinkle treatment advice;

Between having the initial treatment and the review between 2 and 3 weeks I recommend not to use sun beds, sunbathe/sit in the sun for hours and not to do anything that makes you sweat excessively. All of the above will prevent you from getting good results. Any top up required between 2 and 3 weeks is limited to a certain amount on top of what treatment you have already had - anything above this amount will be charged for as extra as prices are set for a standard amount used per area.

From my experience clients who have gone on to use sunbeds, sunbathe or do activities that make you sweat excessively will find that their anti-wrinkle treatment does not last aslong.

Of course we have to live life and it isn't all about anti-wrinkle treatment but please look after your treatments ❤
