This little cutie had her first real haircut for her type of hair - curl by curl cut! I believe it’s so important to teach the younger generation to embrace their natural looks and features as there is beauty in variety.

It’s crazy how much of a difference a curl by curl cut makes on curly hair! Look at her and those curls😍

I attended the first Curl by Curl training workshop of 2020 which was a surreal experience to be able to learn from Matthew Surplice at springisinthehair salon and to learn so much more about something I absolutely love to do!

I couldn’t be more grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from my mentor.

I’ve learnt about the curl by curl technique which is cutting hair when it’s at its natural state and cutting each curl individually. I use this technique on clients with naturally curly and wavy hair.
