Total of 24g protein in one meal, with leftovers for tomo!
Also adds fibre with around 6g fibre, and 6 different plants in a quick & easy meal.

We are moving to a house with no white goods….so no opportunity to take stuff with this. (Let’s not discuss my life choices at this time please 🤭).

🥔How would you pimp your potato?🥔
I get so frustrated when clients (& friends!) tell me they are ‘just having a jacket potato for tea’.
I mean is there anything better than a crispy skinned, fluffy tattie??
Just level up your fillings! And for goodness sake make enough to have leftovers. I used the tuna filling for pittas the next day for lunch.
Cook once, eat twice. Always helpful.

These are something I have avoid for a REALLY long time as I hate the look of the chia seeds floating around in milk
But the nutritional punch provided by a meal like this are amazing, with one portion using 0% Greek yoghurt providing 400kcal, 32g protein & 7g fibre. And it genuinely kept me full for over 4 hours.
🌟Recipe🌟
Per portion
3 tspn chia seeds
240ml full fat or reduced fat Greek yoghurt/kefir yoghurt (or milk if you prefer)
1 tbsp h**p seeds
1 tbsp goji berries
1-2 tbsp raisins
1tbspn golden syrup/honey
Chuck it all in a Tupperware and leave overnight.
It stays in the fridge just like that for around 3 days so you can prep ahead!
Feel free to mix up the seeds and dried fruit up. I’m using up everything in the cupboards before moving house 🏡. So this this what I have.
I love how the dehydrated fruit rehydrates and become really soft and juicy.
