Well hello there June! ☀️

Just wanted to thank you all for the incredible love and support I continue to recieve. 🩷

Thankyou for your understanding of having to cut my hours back a bit and I'll keep you all updated on that! 🧡

Due to this though, my June is booking up very fast and I only have a few day time and a couple of Saturday appointments left. 💛

We are closed next Thursday 11th June and will reopen on Monday 15th June.

We will be in the Lakes for a Wedding!! 🥂💍🌸

So all messages will be responded to on our return.

A little update on Miss Kidney.

It is easier to put it on here to reach you all.

Sooo, I got a letter today. It's from the Hospital.

I have to have a biopsy....ugh! 😭

Guess they want to just do it anyway....

Can't be a bad thing as, if there is something up, we can sort it. 🙏🏼

But this news hit hard...

It's been a while since I had one and they are painful and very unpleasant.

Luckily, it's a daycase job. 🤞🏼

But, understandably, I will need to take a few days recovery! 💜

Once I have a date, all clients affected will be contacted.

I know you all mean well. But please be considerate if commenting.

I just need to digest it and then get on with it. 💪🏼

The blessing is, I feel amazing! And I am already making changes. ✨️🙌🏼

May has been and continues to be a very busy month for me. Full of so many blessings....

But, I admit,

I may well be a little overwhelmed! 🙈

Now, my health is good and I am loving life and feeling good within myself.

Though, if I continue to go full pelt, I may not be as healthy and happy as I am right now.

And none of us want that! 🩷

Miss Kidney is tired and, while we figure out why, I have decided that throughout June and July, I will be reducing my hours. Therefore making me almost fully booked! 🙏🏼

This decision is not a light one but a very sensible one and needed too.
I'd hate to burn out and not be there for you at all! 💜

Phew! It does feel good to get that off my chest!

I love you and I thank you all for the incredible support. 💜✨️🩷

Sparkle Beauty Treatments is 10 today!! 🎉

Oh my goodness!! My little beauty business has made it to 10 years! 🎉🎂🥂

And it's been one hell of a ride!!

We survived Covid times which, I never thought would be possible! 🥹

And, with my health conditions, sometimes it has been pretty hard to just keep going!

But we are going! 🙌🏼

We are crazy busy until June and genuinely blown away by the love! 🩷

Self employment is not easy by any stretch. It comes with exhauation, sweat and many tears!
But my god, it's worth it! ✨️🩷

20+ years in the industry and 10 of those years self employed! 🥂

And in that time, I have met some really incredible people. 💜

I have also lost some incredible people. 😔

And so, tonight, I will raise a glass to those lovely Clients no longer with us and to those who continue to chose us.

To those who encouraged us and supported us from the very beginning....

Believing in me when I didn't believe in myself.

I love you all. 🥂🩷

So here's to us! Our little safe space. ✨️

Oh my goodness!!! I am off to Seville tomorrow!!

I am a little nervous but more excited which I love!

My little safe space is now closed as we take today to give ourselves a little selfcare. ✨️

We will then be away from Saturday 25th April until Wednesday 29th to celebrate my Birthday!
