After today’s extreme temperatures and with tomorrow forecast to be even hotter, we’ve made the difficult decision to close Urban all day on Friday.

The salon has become too hot to operate safely, our sunbeds are overheating, and the wellbeing of our staff and customers has to come first.

We’re hoping this will only be for one day, and we’ll be back open on Saturday from 10am–6pm ready to welcome everyone back. 🖤

We know this may be disappointing, but we appreciate your understanding while we put safety first.

After monitoring the temperatures throughout the morning, we’ve made the decision to close Urban for the rest of today.

Unfortunately, the salon has become too hot to operate safely. Our sunbeds are overheating, the salon temperature continues to rise, and the comfort and wellbeing of both our team and customers must always come first.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We are planning to reopen tomorrow, providing temperatures allow and it’s safe to do so. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
