Unpopular opinion:

You do NOT need fancy funnels and endless sales calls to build a successful education business.

In fact, some of my highest-paying clients never had a sales call.

They consumed my content.

They watched.

They followed.

They read my posts.

They sat in my stories.

And when they were ready, they sent a DM.

That’s it.

Because when your content does its job, the conversation becomes easy.

I think too many educators have been taught to believe they need complicated marketing strategies.

Ads.

Sales calls.

Scripts.

Objection handling.

Convincing.

Persuading.

None of that feels aligned to me.

And honestly? Who has the time!

I don’t want my clients feeling like they need to convince someone to work with them either.

I want them to become known.

Known for their expertise.

Known for their results.

Known for their ideas.

Because when someone already trusts you, a DM is often enough.

This is what I have built my MANIFEST framework around. My clients 3-10x within 3 months of following my method.

It’s not magic- it’s years of trial & error, real results and science backed !

For my clients, some of the best leads come from:

✔️ content

✔️ Strategic conversations in DMS

✔️ Facebook personal profiles

✔️ Friends and family referrals

✔️ Parent recommendations

✔️ Existing networks & community

✔️ Being visible

The goal isn’t to chase people.

The goal is to create enough trust that people come to you.

That’s the difference.

Most educators don’t need more complicated marketing.

They need better positioning.

Better messaging.

And the confidence to stop hiding their expertise.

What if your next client isn’t hiding behind a sales call.

What if they’re already watching 👀

Ps: I’m thinking of holding a free online telegram workshop to help educators get more leads without complicated marketing strategies - if I get enough interest I might just go ahead. Poll below 👇

Embracing your true self at the core is a powerful journey. It’s essential to approach this journey without judgment, letting go of any shame for what you haven’t accomplished yet. Remember, progress happens one step at a time; the key is to make each step intentional.

As you create content, take a moment to reflect: What do I want my audience to know, feel, and see from this post?Consider the value you are providing to your audience. Are you sharing a meaningful message, sparking inspiration, or offering helpful advice?

Being a person of value means prioritizing substance over superficial metrics. While likes and followers can be tempting to chase, true engagement comes from connecting authentically with your audience.

Where my clients are seeing the biggest impact is when we focus our attention on nurturing relationships, focusing on existing clients & retention and working on who THEY ARE TO THE CORE- their brand values and core mission and the growth follows naturally. It’s not about doing more, that will lead to burnout, you are already consistent, it’s about refining and polishing your existing foundations.

Ultimately, let your content be a reflection of your genuine self and the impact you wish to have. By aligning your intentions with your audience’s needs, you’ll cultivate a community that appreciates and supports you for who you truly are.

Some of the smartest people I know are still being paid for their availability instead of their expertise.

Teachers.

Tutors.

Trainers.

Educators who have spent years changing lives.

Yet every month they find themselves asking:

“How many more students can I take on?”

“How many more sessions can I fit in?”

“How many more hours can I work?”

And that’s the problem.

Because there comes a point where another student isn’t the answer.

Another hour isn’t the answer.

Another Zoom call isn’t the answer.

The answer is building a business model that doesn’t rely on you being available every minute of every day.

I see so many brilliant educators accidentally creating another job for themselves.

They leave the classroom seeking freedom…

Only to rebuild it online.

A calendar full of sessions.

A diary full of students.

And a business that still stops the moment they do.

The educators who scale aren’t necessarily the most qualified.

They’re the ones who learn how to package their expertise differently.

Memberships.

Programmes.

Communities.

Premium educational experiences.

Recurring revenue.

The ability to help more people without working more hours.

That’s what we build inside The Scale Society™.

Because your expertise deserves more than an hourly rate.

And deep down?

I think you know you’re capable of so much more than selling your time.

DM me “SCALE” if you’re ready to build an education business that grows beyond you.

one of the biggest things educators tell me is unlearning this idea that they have to be a certain type of person. 🔬

For years we’ve been taught to:
keep our heads down,
stay professional,
fit the mould,
not be “too much.”

And whilst there is absolutely a level of professionalism required…

building a business requires something different.

It requires YOU.

Not a watered-down version.
Not a copy-and-paste version.
Not the version trying to sound like every other educator online.

And no…

I’m not saying start posting Ibiza photos downing vodka shots. 😂

I’m saying let people see the human behind the expertise.

Your story.
Your personality.
Your beliefs.
Your approach.
Your quirks.

The things that make YOU different.

Because parents aren’t just buying a tutor anymore.

They’re buying into a person.

A methodology.

A way of doing things.

And if you’re hiding all of that because you’re worried what other teachers might think…

you’re making it harder for the right people to find you.

The irony?

The things you’re worried about showing are often the very things that make people trust you.

Maybe it’s:
✨ your sense of humour
✨ your love of science
✨ your obsession with making learning fun
✨ your own experience as a parent
✨ your story of overcoming challenges
✨ your passion for helping struggling students

That’s not being “too much.”

That’s called being memorable.

And honestly?

The educators building the strongest brands right now aren’t necessarily the most qualified.

They’re the ones brave enough to be seen.

So if you’ve been waiting for permission to stop hiding behind “teacher mode” all the time…

This is it. 👋

It’s your time to shine.

Let people see who they’re actually buying from.

Most educators hear the word “premium” and immediately think:

Higher prices.

That’s not what premium means.

Premium doesn’t mean charging more for the same thing.

Premium means creating a learning experience that delivers a different level of transformation.

The problem is that many educators are still selling lessons.

One lesson.

One worksheet.

One hour.

One week at a time.

Parents don’t buy education like that.

Parents buy outcomes.

Confidence.

Progress.

Certainty.

A plan.

The feeling that someone has thought beyond next week’s lesson and is guiding their child towards a bigger goal.

That’s why the most successful education businesses don’t just sell sessions.

They build journeys.

Roadmaps.

Programmes.

Memberships.

Experiences.

The price isn’t what makes something premium.

The transformation does.

And if you’re already getting results with your students?

The question isn’t whether parents would pay more.

The question is whether you’ve packaged that transformation in a way they can actually see.

That’s the difference.

And it’s exactly what I help educators do.

Drop me DM if you are ready to expand your education business and let’s discuss what this would look like for you.

Lockdown changed everything for me.

The month my son was born was the same month the world shut down.

I had a newborn, a two-year-old, and I was on maternity leave from school. Life was busy, chaotic, exhausting… but it also gave me space to think.

And I remember having this moment where I thought:

“This can’t be it.”

I loved my makeup clients. I really did.

But even before having my son, I was exhausted. Early morning appointments, leaving my daughter behind, missing moments I couldn’t get back.

I was knackered.

And I knew I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life trading my time for money.

So I did something scary.

I combined my 20 years in education with my makeup experience and launched a curriculum-based makeup academy.

I hired a mentor.

I launched.

People joined.

My classes filled.

For two years I taught in-person makeup education and loved every minute.

But I noticed something.

My students weren’t struggling with makeup.

They were struggling with business, visibility, sales and believing in themselves.

So I pivoted.

I took my business online and started helping makeup artists build courses, education offers and digital products.

Then something unexpected happened.

It wasn’t just makeup artists finding me.

It was coaches.

Educators.

Experts.

People from all industries.

And I realised I’d been ignoring something for years.

My heart has always been with educators.

In fact, five years ago I started a Facebook group called Teacherpreneur… but I never pursued it.

Now I know why.

Because helping teachers, tutors and educators build something beyond the classroom lights me up in a way I can’t explain.

Making this pivot hasn’t been easy.

But I’ve never felt more aligned.

And honestly?

I’ve never felt more alive.

❤️

On paper, none of it really makes sense. 😂

Science teacher.
Makeup artist.
Business mentor.
Academy owner.
Mum.
Product founder.

“How do you do all of that?” people ask.

The truth is…

I’ve never been someone who puts herself in one box.

I’ve always been curious.
I’ve always had big ideas.
I’ve always wanted to create.

And I’ve never understood why women are expected to pick ONE thing and stay there.

Maybe it’s the Manifestor in me.
Maybe it’s the Projector in me.

Either way, I’ve stopped apologising for being multi-passionate.

And funnily enough…

The women who join my world are exactly the same.

They’re not here because they want an average life.

They’re the women who have always felt a little different.

The ones who know they’re capable of more.

The ones with ideas they can’t stop thinking about.

The ones who see opportunities everywhere.

The ones who refuse to shrink themselves to make other people comfortable.

They’re bold.

They’re ambitious.

They’re willing to take risks.

And yes…

A little bit delusional too. 😂

Because if we’re honest, building a business requires a healthy level of delusion.

You have to believe in something before anyone else can see it.

You have to back yourself before the evidence exists.

You have to keep going when it would be easier not to.

And those are my kind of people.

So if you’re the woman with the big vision, the slightly unconventional path, and the feeling that you’re meant for more…

I’m Sav. 👋

One of the biggest things I’ve realised working with online educators? 🔬

Most are trying to grow an EDUCATION BUSINESS…

while still marketing themselves like:
“just another tutor online.”

And honestly?

I get why.

Because many educators have been taught:
👉🏼 follow this template
👉🏼 use this hook
👉🏼 copy this trend
👉🏼 use this format because it converts

So what happens?

Everybody starts sounding the same.

Same colours.
Same captions.
Same hooks.
Same “5 revision tips” posts.

And eventually?
You stop standing out completely.

This is one of the FIRST gaps I usually spot instantly.

Because demand is NOT built through blending in.

It’s built through:
⚡ differentiation
⚡ trust
⚡ authority
⚡ emotional connection
⚡ clear positioning

Parents need to instantly understand:
WHY your approach is different.
WHY your students get results.
WHY your programme matters.

And honestly?

That takes deeper work than:
“just post more content.”

This is why inside Scale Society™ we are not ONLY looking at:
“How do we get more students?”

We are looking at:
🔬 your entire education brand.

The bigger picture.

Your:
⚡ programmes
⚡ memberships
⚡ digital assets
⚡ recurring revenue
⚡ methodology
⚡ student journey
⚡ positioning
⚡ ecosystem

Because I don’t believe scaling an education business happens in:
a random 6-week sprint.

You are building something LONG TERM.

A recognised brand.
A trusted methodology.
A scalable ecosystem.
A business that grows beyond your hours.

And THIS is why Scale Society™ is designed as a high-level mentorship membership.

Not:
❌ “go watch this portal”
❌ “here’s 1000 videos”
❌ “good luck!”

You get:
⚡ direct access to me
⚡ coaching
⚡ strategy
⚡ positioning support
⚡ offer feedback
⚡ my brain inside your business

Because as your business evolves…
your strategy needs to evolve too.

And honestly?

The women inside usually see shifts FAST.

But we are not just building:
“a successful launch.”

We are building:
⚡ premium education brands
⚡ recurring revenue
⚡ scalable offers
⚡ long-term authority

That is the difference. 🍯
