Or perhaps you are so busy supporting everyone else that there is no outlet for your own feelings and emotions. Together we can work though your own personal situation. I truly believe that everyone is a unique individual and therefore will experience every situation differently, based on their own life experiences. I am an experienced counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. My experience is extensive, covering a wide range of situations, including issues such as: Family relationships, bereavement, addiction, childhood trauma, neglect, abuse, separation, work situations, confidence problems, depression, unemployment, in addition to a wide range of challenges that can arise throughout our day-to-day lives.
