We would like to kindly remind our clients that while we always aim to be as accommodating and patient as possible, repeated last-minute cancellations may unfortunately result in a cancellation charge.

As a self-employed salon, late cancellations can have a significant impact on our business, particularly at busy times of the year when we are often turning other clients away. This policy is not intended to be difficult or unreasonable; however, when an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice, we are unable to fill that time and therefore do not get paid.

We completely understand that the cost of living is challenging for many at the moment, and we truly appreciate you taking a moment to understand why these measures are necessary for us to continue providing our services.
