Due to my retirement Lose with Lorraine will be closing on 19th December. I will not be re-opening in the New Year. I would like to thank everyone who has supported me during the last 4 years

Due to annual holiday all sessions will be closed for the next 3 weeks. Reopen again on 4th/5th September when we will be pulling all the stops out for a good weight loss for Christmas
