As we age our faces can look like they are being slowly start being dragged down. One of those reasons isn't the reasons you think. Tension in face and neck muscles can pull our faces downwards, stagnant lymphatic fluid can make it look heavy and puffy.

During a face massage with me we work on releasing tension in fascia and muscles and draining fluid away from areas to help create subtle changes which won't have people thinking you have had a full face lift but will make people think you look well rested, brighter, younger more glowy!

This muscle acts as the support system for your spine and can easily get tight as it's working almost all day! If you have weaker glutes or abs this muscle may have to work harder to compensate.
