I always try my best to be as understanding and accommodating as possible, and I truly appreciate every single client who chooses to book with me. 🤍

These policies are in place to help protect my small business from lost time, last-minute cancellations, and missed appointments, which unfortunately can have a big impact on both my diary and income. Booking fees and cancellation charges help cover the time that has been reserved especially for you and often can’t be filled at short notice.

A little update 💕

Some of you may remember that I mentioned a price increase last year, but I decided not to go ahead with it at the time. Since then, the cost of products, supplies and running the business has continued to rise, so from July 2026 there will be a small price increase across some treatments.

I always want to provide the best possible service, use quality products, and continue investing in training to give you the best results.

I’m so grateful for all of your support and understanding, and I genuinely appreciate every appointment you book with me. ❤️

Updated price lists will be shared soon, and any appointments booked before the changes take effect will be honoured at the current price.
