Officially back to work now, still rehabbing my wrist but so far so good! I also have spaces for new clients so if you know any one in need send them my way please!

First treatment post wrist fracture, steady start to see how it is before I get every one booked in, hopefully I'll be in touch very soon!

As most of you know I've broken my wrist 🤦🏻‍♀️ cast is due to come off on 23rd of jan, I'll spend a couple of weeks working on getting movement and strength back before starting work mid Feb, all being well 🤞
