Just ahead of next week when we fully hit the Xmas season…a boring reminder of my cancellation policy for the next month because I’m extra tough about it (even though I sweat everytime I have to enforce it).
As we all know for us beauty gals it’s the busiest time of year. I work extra hours (which I very much enjoy during the festive season), buuuuut it does mean longer days and evenings so I kindly ask that whilst it’s fun to do extra pretty nails you do respect the policies I have in place.
I ask for 48 hours notice when cancelling appointments, this will be subject to up to 100% of the treatment cost if less time is given. Any appointments that are missed will be a 100% charge before rebooking further.
I know it’s grinchy to be all like hey pay me! But I’ve got a wait list, without notice I can’t fill the slot, I lose out on my time and any additional stock I’ve had to buy in for specific nail art ideas.
Last year was flippin fantastic I have to say, and I’d love to keep on top form with you all. It’s just not Christmas without seeing every single one of your lovely faces in the run up!
