Purposeful - if it’s doesn’t feel like it’s getting you to your goal it won’t be being used.
Longevity- rehab and management that lasts, that can see you through whatever phase of life you’re in.
Informative - education is intervention and you deserve autonomy. To know what is going on and why and how I’m going to help you.
Flexible - life is hard and you have more going on than just rehab or management and I understand that, that’s why programming and treatment will always adapt and change to suit you.
Trackable - rehab doesn’t always get the same dedication it deserves, here it takes on the same concept that training does. So you can always see how far you’ve come.
