Happy bank holiday weekend ladies. My working week has finished and I am now off until Wednesday. Nursery is shut next week so I am limited on working days please bear with me.

I brought this cancellation policy in a while ago and have never taken action but after the last few weeks I’ve got to be more strict with it.

After having a few no shows and late cancellations over the last few weeks and not being able to fill the spaces. My diary and appointments are precious due to me only working a few days a week. Also with the wedding coming up people are booking up to which I’m grateful for.

I require 24hrs or more notice if you need to cancel your appointment and if it’s cancelled within 24hrs I will now be sending a payment link for people to pay 50% of their appointment. Without paying this you will not be able to book another appointment. This is my job and not just a side hustle, it pays for my bills and nice things in life not just for me but for my beautiful boy.
