Well done to our Club Members smashing their WEIGHT LOSS PHASE. Phase 1 is really exciting as we agree on set intentions and where needed, time frames and put a personalised plan in place to support that goal.
Everyoneβs needs, lifestyle, goals are different so plans are personalised and in some cases adjusted as we go to suit the individual to ensure everyone is making progress.

When Mark first walked through our doors, he wasnβt looking to become an ultra-marathon runnerβ¦
He simply wanted to feel healthier.
Fast forward to todayβ¦ π

When Simon first walked through our doors, Iβm not sure even he expected thisβ¦

31.5lbs (14.3kg) lost

19cm off his measurements
β
Hydration up by 4%
β
Metabolic age down 11 years
β
Visceral fat down 5.5 points
But the numbers only tell half the storyβ¦
β€οΈ Knee pain has reduced.
π Heβs buying smaller clothes.
π Heβs back to the same weight he was at 26 years old.
β‘ His energy has gone through the roof.
And the best bit?
He hasnβt been living in the gym or surviving on rabbit food.
Heβs simply been following a plan, getting educated, staying accountable and making small improvements each week.
Iβm incredibly proud of what Simon has achieved in just eight weeks.

Once goals are achieved, the real work starts around working on maintaining those results for long term health benefits. We ensure we work on mindset and finding that balance between healthy eating and still being able to enjoy all the things we like doing socially that some may find a barrier to being healthy.

Once goals are achieved, and TRANSFORMATION PHASE has been completed, the Maintenance Phase is where our club members rely less on the accountability of our Club and Community and identify which habits are cemented in. This key part of behaviour change is essential for lifelong positive results.
