**Finally....IV Vitamin Infusions!!**

This is my personal favourite treatment as the results are almost immediate and last for weeks. I have created a set list of IV's but these can be completely personalised to what you need ! *Hydration Boost 💦 -£130 - Perfect way to get hydrated quickly from the inside out. This drip is made with extra saline and sugars to balance salts and flush out any toxins. Great for recovering from illness or to improve exercise performance.

*Hangover cure 🤮->😅 £160 - Does what it says on the tin! Can be done before or after a night (or nights) on the sauce. This one has anti-sickness medication in it to stop the nausea/vomiting and banging headache. Unfortunately it can't help the beer fear but that will soon pass!

*Immune boost 🤧->💃 £150 - Brilliant if you feel like you pick up every bug, flu and cold going. If you feel run down and lacking that get up and go or if your immunosuppressed, going for surgery or just looking for extra protection from seasonal illnesses this is the one for you. *Weight loss boost £150 - If you feel like you're eating all the right things and giving it beans in the gym but not seeing results this may be the IV for you! This one gives your metabolism a jump start to convert carbs into energy and help you lose them stubborn pounds.

*Sport performance boost 🚴‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ £190 - Ideal for the athletes among us! While I couldn't run a bath at the minute there are great people getting up and out there. Whether it is for health reasons, competition or enjoyment this IV will help you get the best out of yourself. It contains a mix of amino acids that target muscle growth, circulation, reducing blood pressure and increasing blood flow to improve your performance.

*Gut health/ detox £190 - This IV targets everything gut and digestive. If you have chronic issues or if you have just had a weekend over indulging, feeling bloated and like you need to draw a line in the sand and start fresh this may be the IV for you. It contains an amino mix specifically to aid digestion and improve gut function helping you to feel less Winnie the pooh and more Tigger !

Glutathione is an antioxidant that is naturally produced in our bodies however if we are stressed, not eating right and sometimes the environment we're in can reduce how much we produce. As we get older 🥲 we also naturally produce less.

Antioxidants are your wee army that fight free radicals and toxins that can cause disease such as diabetes, cancer and arthritis if allowed to get out of hand. Glutathione injections reduce oxidative stress and keep your free radicals in check, reducing your risk of nasty diseases.

How does this relate to my skin?
Well free radicals and toxins also cause skin problems for example sun spots, hyper-pygmentation, melasma and acne to name a few. Glutathione works against these giving you bright, clear, smooth skin with reduced fine lines and blemishes.

Otherwise known as vitamin H is essential for healthy and strong hair, skin and nails💇‍♀️ 💅💆‍♂️

This is a great injection for anyone with alopecia or thin, brittle or dull hair. Biotin stimulates keratin production and it's the keratin that gives you lovely thick luscious locks with less hair loss ! It may also prolong greying hair 👩‍🦳👨‍🦳

An added bonus is Biotin also gives you shiny, strong, healthy nails and reduces them splits and breakages that we all hate turning you from 😩 to 🤩

Vitamin D is known as the sunshine vitamin because the sun is usually the best source for it. Now i don't know about you, but I haven't seen the sun here properly since about August 🙃 This means a lot of us are probably deficient in vitamin D!

Great for your immune system! If you feel like you pick up every cold and flu going you may need a vitamin C boost. It is a natural anti-oxidant that fights free radicals in the body (free radicals are cheeky wee things that live rent free in your body and can cause cancer, diabetes and heart disease).

Vitamin C also promotes the healing of burns and wounds. So if you have recently had surgery or if you're like me and find you have cat scratches for months on end this may be the one for you!

But it doesn't stop there.. Vitamin C gives you more energy and boosts collagen production so its great for your skin too 💃🕺

If you have stubborn areas of fat that you can't seem to shift no matter what you do this may be the treatment for you.

It is a non-surgical treatment with minimal pain and downtime. It involves small injections of medication just under the skin in the targeted area, literally destroying stubborn fat cells, turning them to liquid so they can be naturally eliminated through your lymphatic system.

This treatment usually requires a course of between 3-6 sessions 3-4 weeks apart to see the best results however smaller areas like the chin may only require 1-2 treatments. Good things usually take time unfortunately!

Anti-wrinkle injections are one of the most popular treatments globally. These injections are used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and prevent the development of deeper and further wrinkles. Starting this treatment early could stop any frown lines, forehead wrinkles and crows feet (by your eyes when you smile) in their tracks !

Toxin is injected into the muscles of the face which relaxes the muscles and prevents them from moving (that's what gives you wrinkles!) The procedure is relatively painless and only takes around 15 minutes to complete.

Depending on toxin used the effects can usually be seen between 3-4 days post-injection however some people can take up to 2 weeks to see the full effect. I will then see you again for review and add more if required.
