SOOO excited about a creative project I'm taking part in. I'm one of 10 participants who've been asked to take part in a mental health photography exhibition. I had my 2nd photo shoot this week and myself and Justin (organiser of the project and professional photographer) are super happy with the image we have chosen. I'll post details of the exhibition when they're out. 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Excited to be booked in again at the amazing St John Bosco. I've been asked to run sessions with a group of the current Year 11 pupils. Providing them with strategies to reduce their stress levels on the run up to their GCSEs. 😁🤍

Last September I went back to work after maternity leave. I'm a part-time teacher. Settling back at work and looking after our 2 young children on my days off, has meant I haven't been able to focus much on my much loved The Stress Less Kit CIC. As my children get to school age I'll be able to focus more and more on organising and delivering workshops. I have some sessions coming up soon with the Year 11s in St John Bosco. Providing them with strategies to reduce their stress levels on the lead up to their GCSEs. I'm excited 😄 I am available to book for sessions. I had a lovely session this morning with the lovely Year 4 class from at the beautiful Absolute Yoga, Crosby 😍 What a pleasure it is to work with and support these wonderful young people 🙏

Just LOVE running my sessions 🤍 another session with the wonderful Year 9 class this morning from 🤍 at the beautiful Absolute Yoga, Crosby 😍 we had several pupils fall asleep during our relaxation at the end of the session 😴 2 of the pupils watched last time but they both took part this time which made me so happy. One of them even came to school early and in his PE kit for the first time ever, as he really wanted to do the session. He told me he regretted not taking part last time. I am so grateful to get to work with such amazing young people and their lovely teachers ❤️
