I was chatting to my friend today about Tropic…she’s been pondering joining for a while but is scared.

This got me thinking 🤔

I wonder - are you also pondering it, but are scared?

Did you know that a significant proportion of what I do as a Tropic Leader is that I mentor, coach and support my team.

And whilst some of that support is around the products, the majority of it is around confidence and mindset 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

So if you, like my friend know that Tropic could tick a box for you, but you’re scared to take the risk, I invite you to ask yourself this question…

“What’s the bigger risk - reaching out to me or staying where you are?” 🥹

The ADHD is ADHDing today!

I would usually straighten my hair - a little thing I do sometimes to regulate me and give me a sense of control…but…ironically no time!!

I did have time to put in some good music, use my Beach Waves from last summer, my CC cream and last night I used my Sun Spritz so I am still glowing even though my brain is spinning!!

We all need to regulate ourselves sometimes (adhd or not)…what helps you?

I’ve been quiet…

We’ve been decorating and it’s taken over my life!

But tonight I did skincare with friends on a zoom and it was super fun…like a virtual sleepover!!
