Thank you to everyone who supported me Liverpool John Moores University you are the best! To the placements, and the long hours behind the scenes 🙏.
I’m proud of this milestone — and even more excited about the standard of care it allows me to deliver.

Acne has patterns. When you know what drives yours, your routine gets simpler.

Key points to know:
• Acne is common and can range from mild breakouts to scarring
• It often starts in the follicle: oil + dead skin cells can block the pore
• Inflammation is a big part of why acne looks red, sore, or persistent
• Hormones, genetics, and friction/occlusion can all influence flare-ups
• A consistent, barrier-supporting routine is often a better starting point than
“stripping everything back” with harsh products.

Save this as your acne baseline. If you want a personalised plan, book in for a skin consultation.

✨ If you’re battling breakouts, start by understanding the “why” — not by buying more products.
Acne Awareness Month is the perfect time to reset the conversation.
Acne is not a hygiene issue, and it is rarely caused by just one single factor.
Here is a quick guide to the main causes and contributors:Oil production:
Some skin types naturally produce more sebum.
Blocked pores: Excess oil and dead skin cells clog follicles.
Inflammation: Redness and tenderness are a natural part of the process.
Skin bacteria: Cutibacterium acnes can play a significant role.
Common influences: Hormones, genetics, stress, friction, and certain medications.

If you are feeling stuck, a professional consultation can help. We look at your unique skin, your daily routine, and your patterns so your homecare is targeted, realistic, and effective. ❤️

When your kids know you too well — mums are always right… and I definitely need tech support!

Started the day with absolutely dying through 26.3 in the Open (why do we do this to ourselves), then straight into clinic to review my lovely lip client — and she’s genuinely thrilled with her results.

Now it’s family time: a sneaky takeaway and a film to finish the day properly.

Happy Mother’s Day to every mum, step-mum, nan, bonus mum, and mum-figure — hope you’ve been spoiled in the way you actually want today.

It’s Sunday and I’m in full V300 Non‑Medical Prescribing study mode: reading, writing assignments, and doing the not-so-glam behind-the-scenes work.

Because aesthetics isn’t just “inject and hope” — it’s knowledge, safety, and doing things properly- appropriate prescribing, and clear escalation pathways matter more.

If you’re trusting me with your face, you deserve someone who’s always levelling up.
