I offer a range of therapies including body massage and reflexology. I also teach pilates in various venues across Liverpool.
Practitioner in health and well being including complimentary therapy, reflexology, swedish body massage, sports massage, hopi ear candle therapy and aromatherapy. I also provide quality exercise sessions in pilates, dance and movement in a variety of community settings.
