Beltane marks the start of Summer and coincides this year with the full flower moon. It’s a time for growth, fertility and abundance.

Keep calm it is a full moon! If you often feel the effects of a full moon, be gentle with yourself. This particular full moon is all about abundance and personal growth.

I have just got home from Theta meditation class . thank you so much! I feel much lighter! I haven’t done theta meditation before and, as well as being extremely relaxing and healing, I found it so interesting. I felt so connected to and supported by my guides, the angels and spirit. I did get emotional at one point as energy was released. These are donation based and held in .centre through and I would highly recommend you give it a try if you haven’t already!
