A Sunday well spent!!! Absolutely loved our very windy ramble today, it’s safe to say any cobwebs were well and truly blown off!!

Do you double cleanse?

I know we are encouraged to have a skin routine but this does not have to be rigid.

You may have had a particulars grubby day or wore make up and those are the days to double cleanse.

Other days you may have had a lazy chill at home and your skin may benefit from a single cleanse or just a wipe with a luke warm face mitt and that’s ok as well.

I’m chuffed with myself!! First run in 2 years!!! I fell running in the first lockdown and I’ve been scared since.

We were living in Spain and I would run in the woods, it was very loose ground and I went arse over tit!!
