Every morning, before washing your face,
do these simple movements with me.
Start with jumps (you already know this)
It helps stimulate circulation.
Next, place your thumbs under the armpits
and gently pump.
Then activate the lymph nodes in the neck.
After that, do the “scissor” movements
and work between the ears.
Finish by using two facial brushes
and repeat the movements with me.
Do this every morning
