I hope you had a wonderful Christmas filled with joy and peace! 🎄✨ The New Year is just around the corner, and it’s often a time for reflection, new challenges, and changes. In my small business, some adjustments are also coming, and I’d like to share them with you. 💁🏼‍♀️

New Working Days

Starting January 2025, my working days will change.
🗓 I will be available on Sundays and Mondays only.

Unfortunately, appointments on other days will no longer be possible. I understand this might not be convenient for everyone, and I completely respect your decision if these specific days don’t work for you.

Your support has been invaluable to me, and I am incredibly grateful for the time we’ve spent working together! 🫶🏻

Updated Price List

Due to rising product and energy costs, a new pricing structure will come into effect in January 2025.
Additionally, I regret to inform you that pedicure services will no longer be available. 🥺 This was a tough decision but a necessary one under the current circumstances.

New Appointment Rules

To ensure smooth operations and respect for all my clients, I will be introducing three simple rules starting January:

1️⃣ Please be punctual. Every minute of delay affects the entire schedule and can create unnecessary stress.
2️⃣ Cancel appointments at least 12 hours in advance. This helps me manage my time better and accommodate others if needed.
3️⃣ If you’re unwell, let me know. Your health and the health of others is the top priority.

A Personal Note from Me

These changes are not easy for you or me, but I believe we can get through them together. I hope to continue seeing you walk out of your appointments with a smile and beautiful nails! 💅🏻💖

Running a business in today’s world requires constant adaptation and difficult decisions. Your support, understanding, and presence mean the world to me and give me strength every day. I am here for you, but let’s be kind and supportive toward each other.

Zmiana dni pracy

Od stycznia 2025 roku moje dni pracy ulegną zmianie.
🗓 Będę dostępna w niedziele i poniedziałki.

Niestety, inne dni tygodnia nie będą już możliwe do umawiania wizyt. Rozumiem, że może to być niewygodne, dlatego w pełni szanuję, jeśli zdecydujesz, że te terminy nie są dla Ciebie odpowiednie.

Twoje wsparcie było dla mnie nieocenione przez cały czas naszej współpracy i jestem za to ogromnie wdzięczna! 🫶🏻

Nowy cennik usług

Ze względu na wzrost kosztów produktów oraz cen energii, od stycznia 2025 roku obowiązywać będzie nowy cennik.
Dodatkowo, z żalem muszę poinformować, że usługa pedicure nie będzie już dostępna. 🥺 To była trudna decyzja, ale niezbędna w obecnych warunkach.

Nowe zasady dotyczące wizyt

Chcę zapewnić płynność pracy i szacunek wobec wszystkich moich Klientek, dlatego od stycznia wprowadzam trzy proste zasady:

1️⃣ Nie spóźniaj się. Każda minuta opóźnienia wpływa na harmonogram i wprowadza chaos.
2️⃣ Odwołuj wizytę minimum 12 godzin wcześniej. To pozwoli mi zaplanować dzień i ewentualnie pomóc komuś innemu.
3️⃣ Jeśli jesteś chora, poinformuj mnie. Twoje zdrowie i zdrowie innych jest najważniejsze.

Kilka słów ode mnie

Te zmiany nie są łatwe ani dla Ciebie, ani dla mnie. Ale wierzę, że wspólnie przetrwamy ten czas i nadal będziesz wychodzić z wizyt z uśmiechem oraz pięknymi paznokciami! 💅🏻💖

Prowadzenie działalności w dzisiejszych realiach wymaga ciągłej adaptacji i podejmowania trudnych decyzji. Twoje wsparcie, zrozumienie i obecność to coś, co daje mi siłę każdego dnia. Jestem tutaj dla Ciebie, ale proszę – bądźmy dla siebie nawzajem życzliwe.
