First thing first Rosehip oil is not actually extracted from rose infact it is pressed from the seeds.

Rosehip oil only made from the seeds so choose carefully because brands use “rosehip oil’ description for their rosehip seed oil, if doubt double check with the brand directly.
Also check the extraction process as not all rosehip oils are created equal. The cheaper version have been extracted using heat and are of low quality as it destroys the nutrients.
Many brands claim that rosehip seed oil has Vitamin C but actually the roseship fruits are extremely rich in vitamin C and it is not confirmed that how much it is present in the seeds.
Never use Rosehip oil as a sunscreen although it has some SPF but not enough to prevent sunburn.
- It doesn’t clog pores.
- Suitable for all skin types.
- It can be used around eyes, but if you’re prone to milia please check with the doctor.
