A few days ago, I shared something personal about my journey through menopause and the changes it has brought to my skin. I did not expect the response it would receive.
So many of you reached out to me privately.
So many of you shared that your skin has changed in ways you were not prepared for.
That it feels drier, more reactive, less familiar. That you do not quite feel like yourself in it anymore.
And I think that part is often underestimated.
It is not only the emotional ups and downs, the tiredness, the hormonal changes, the shifts happening quietly in the background.
It is also looking in the mirror and feeling like your skin, and sometimes even your body, is changing in ways that can make you feel disconnected from yourself.
That can be hard. Much harder than people realise.
So I wanted to say thank you.🙏🏻
Thank you for your honesty. Thank you for trusting me with your stories. And thank you for reminding me how important it is that we speak about this more openly.
You are not alone in this. If I can help even a little, especially when it comes to understanding and supporting the skin through this stage, please do reach out.
And to every woman navigating these changes right now, quietly or loudly, I just want to say this clearly:
You are not falling apart. You are going through something real. And you do not have to go through it alone.
If this speaks to you, you are always welcome to message me privately.
Let’s support each other.
Do you treat skincare like an afterthought… then wonder why you don’t feel like yourself?
Your skin is part of your wellbeing. It’s not vanity. It’s maintenance.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s looking in the mirror and feeling good. Clean. Fresh. Put together. Even on busy days.
If you’re making this the year you prioritise yourself properly, comment SKIN and I’ll message you about a consultation. Or DM me with your availability and we’ll book you in.

5 things menopause has taught me about caring for my skin
If your skin suddenly feels drier, more sensitive, less predictable, or somehow older and more reactive at the same time, menopause may be part of the reason.
Skin changes like dryness and itchiness are recognised menopause symptoms, and falling oestrogen is linked to collagen loss too. Some women also notice adult breakouts during this stage.
As a facialist, and also as a woman going through this personally, Edith understands that this season can feel confusing.
What worked before may stop working.
😟Skin can feel thinner, drier, more reactive.
😟Sometimes it looks dull.
😟Sometimes it breaks out.
😟Sometimes it just feels unfamiliar.
Menopausal skin often needs a gentler, more thoughtful approach. 👉🏻Less punishment👉🏻👉🏻More support👉🏻Better hydration👉🏻Better treatment choices👉🏻More consistency.
Dermatology guidance also warns that drying acne products can worsen menopausal breakouts because the skin is often already drier and thinner.
If this sounds like your skin lately, comment ME or send us MENOPAUSE in a DM and we can chat through what may suit your skin best.
Does your skin drink moisturiser and still feel dry an hour later?
That’s not you being dramatic. That’s dehydration with a side of barrier stress.
This peptide ampoule mask is a serious hydration and elasticity boost. I use it as part of my facials because it gives that “plump, smooth, well-rested” finish clients actually want… and it supports the skin long after you leave.
Also: yes, these luxe masks are included. No awkward add-ons. I want you walking out looking expensive.
If you want hydrated skin that behaves, DM me “GLOW” and your availability. Or comment SKIN and I’ll reach out.

When skin is crying out for hydration, you can usually see it before a client even says a word.
Dullness. Tightness. That slightly tired, flat look skin gets when it is not holding onto moisture the way it should.
That is why I loved this review so much.
Because hydration sounds simple, but when skin really needs it, the right facial can make such a visible difference. Not only in how the skin looks, but in how comfortable, fresh, and healthy it feels afterwards too.
I always say that good facials are not about doing the most. They are about understanding what the skin is missing and giving it the right support in the right way.
So hearing that someone came in needing serious hydration and left feeling the difference is exactly the kind of result I care about most.
Thank you so much for trusting me with your skin.
If your skin has been feeling dry, dull, dehydrated, or just not as fresh as it should, comment SKIN and I’ll help you choose the right facial for your skin.
Do you ever leave a clinic thinking… “That was nice, but I still feel tense”?
A facial should change your skin and your nervous system.
My clients come for results, yes, but also for the feeling: clean skin, calm mind, real care, no rushing, no random rotating staff.
You’re not just booking a treatment. You’re booking time where you’re looked after properly, by someone who knows what they’re doing and notices the details.
If that’s the standard you want, DM me your availability. Or comment SKIN and I’ll reach out to arrange your consultation.

What makes Edith’s facials different from a standard salon facial?
A standard salon facial may follow a set structure. That can still be lovely.
But Edith’s facials are different because they are guided by experience, observation, and a far more tailored approach.
🔬Your skin is assessed properly.
🧬The treatment is adapted.
💉The products and techniques are chosen with intention.
✨And the goal is not just to help you relax, though that matters too, but to leave your skin looking and feeling noticeably better.
That is often the difference between a pleasant treatment and one you genuinely remember.
What do you usually wish facials helped you with more, glow, texture, congestion, hydration, or firmness?
Are you fed up with skin that reacts to everything… then punishes you for trying to fix it? Redness, soreness, breakouts, that tight uncomfortable feeling.
Inflamed skin doesn’t need aggression. It needs strategy.
This Korean healing facial is designed to calm active breakouts, reduce inflammation, support the skin barrier, and help your skin feel more balanced again… not constantly “on edge”.
The goal isn’t just fewer spots. It’s skin that feels steady enough to heal.
If acne or sensitivity is your current battle, comment SKIN and I’ll message you about a plan that makes sense. Or DM me your availability for a consultation.

If acne has been leaving your skin inflamed, sore, congested, and harder to feel confident in, this is your reminder that real change is possible with the right treatment plan and consistency.
These results were achieved after 2 sessions of chemical peel treatment for acne.
What I love about this before and after is that it shows more than just a clearer complexion.
It shows calmer-looking skin, reduced inflammation, and that visible shift from active, angry breakouts to skin that already looks more settled and supported.🫶🏻
⛔️Not to chase quick fixes.
⛔️Not to overload the skin.
✅ But to work with it carefully, consistently, and in a way that helps reduce breakouts while improving the overall look and feel of the skin.
Acne can affect so much more than the surface. It can affect confidence too. So when I start to see the skin calm down like this, I know we are moving in the right direction.
If your skin is struggling with breakouts and you want a treatment plan that is tailored to your skin, comment SKIN and I’ll help guide you.
Do you want glow… or do you want skin that stays good even on your worst week?
Because that’s the real flex.
One facial can make you radiant. But consistent skincare and the right treatments make you reliably radiant.
This is the kind of hydration and skin support that makes you look fresher, calmer, smoother, and more confident… without needing to cover up.
If you’re ready to make facials part of your routine (not a once-a-year rescue mission), DM me with your availability. Or comment SKIN and I’ll send you the next steps.
