Celebrating 20 years of hairdressing 🥳

🌟At the age of 13, I started working as a part time junior on school holidays and weekends at the family’s business.
🌟When I turned 18, I got into university to study Aesthetics & Cosmetology and in parallel I got a promotion for the junior stylist and colourist position.
🌟2 years later I graduated from the School of Hairdressing in Athens and became the manager in one of the salons my family owned.
🌟2 years down the line, I graduated from the university and started my master’s degree in Cosmetology; Chemistry Of Products.
🌟Aged 23 and having finished my studies, I moved to London and entered the academy of Vidal Sassoon while I got my first job at George’s salon at Queensway.

🌟A year and half later, I got promoted and moved to Chelsea’s branch.
🌟Promotion after promotion and a tight goodbye hug later, at the age of 26, I launched my very own salon in the nested courtyard of Sydney street in Chelsea.
🌟6 incredibly creative years later and just before the world was paused in the name of a pandemic, I made the decision to automate my business and changed my base back to Athens.
🌟The last two years have found me flying back and forth between London and Athens, organising my bookings every month and a half and seeing my clientele in a private hair salon in Soho. All this time I had to play the game rightfully by following all measures, travelling restrictions, self-isolations, testing and anything required to make this work.

And it did.

With the endless support of my clients and friends this plan did not just work, but bloomed and expanded beyond any expectation.

And so, I would like to thank each and every person that over these years our paths crossed and helped me grow, as the young girl aged 23 who left Athens one day, never imagined she could get this far.

This journey has been great and yet, has so much to reveal. I’ll keep you posted :)
