Sea moss is rich in vitamins and minerals. Out of the 102 minerals our bodies need, sea moss contains 92 of those minerals.
Raw sea moss can be made into a gel which can be used in:
• Smoothies
• Soups and stews to thicken
• Oats or porridge
You only need to take 1 tablespoon a day and the gel should last for 2-3 weeks. You may even be able to freeze it in an ice tray for longer use.
