That's the brief I hear most. And honestly, it's my favourite one to work with.
Not "give me the works." Not "I want what she has." Not a trend or a filter or a result they saw on someone else.
Just: I want to look like me, on a good day, when I've actually had some sleep. 😂
It's also the hardest brief to deliver well because it requires actually understanding someone's face, their skin, their history, and what "themselves" looks like rather than what they think it should look like.
That's what a proper consultation is for. Not a treatment menu. Not a price list. A real conversation about what you actually want and whether we can honestly help you get there.

Three things I wish every client knew before their first skin booster.
One. One session is not a treatment plan. It's a starting point. Most skin boosters need 2–3 sessions to show meaningful results and a maintenance plan after that. Anyone telling you otherwise is setting you up for disappointment.
Two. The booster everyone is talking about online is not automatically the right one for your skin. Profhilo, Sculptra, Seventy Hyal, they each do something different. The right choice depends on your skin's specific concerns, your age, your lifestyle, and your goal. Not Instagram trends.
Three. If a practitioner recommended a skin booster without properly assessing your skin first that's where the problem starts. The assessment isn't a box to tick. It's the most important part of the whole process.

If you've read anything we've posted over the past two weeks and thought 'that sounds like me' this post is for you.
Maybe you've been thinking about a treatment for a while. Maybe you've tried something before and it didn't work the way you hoped. Maybe you're just not sure where to start and the whole thing feels overwhelming.
All of that is completely normal. And none of it means you're out of options.
Here's what we'd say to you:
You don't need to know exactly what you want before you reach out to us. You don't need to have done all the research. You don't need to be 'ready' in any particular way.
You just need to want an honest conversation.
We'll ask the right questions. We'll look at what you're working with. We'll tell you what we think, and if we think treatment isn't the right next step for you right now, we'll tell you that too, with a clear explanation.
There's no pressure to book anything beyond that first conversation.
