Hello FRIENDS!
Happy New Year🎉To celebrate welcoming in 2024 I wanted to do something epic and run a giveaway for you lovely people.
Ever since I qualified as a Personal Trainer, I've been totally committed to helping the people of London to look and feel AMAZING.
It's so common that people struggle with not feeling confident in the gym and go through the misery of trying to stick to restrictive diets which ultimate set you up to fail.
And I want to help.
My Goal Aim Is:
- I want to help 10 people who have struggled to stick to a consistent health and exercise regime in the past learn the ideal way to workout out and eat so that they can go on to reach their goals and ultimately look and feel their absolute best!
- I want to educate you about how to eat in a way that helps you reach your goals but WITHOUT cutting out all your favourite foods, or counting calories/points, or tracking every single thing you eat.
- And show you how to to safely and effectively lift weights so that you can feel super confident in the gym and finally find a exercise program you can easily stick to.
So what’s the catch? There is no catch.
I'm simply trying to promote awareness of my business in the local area by doing something for free for the community and if it's good, I hope you'll offer a review and perhaps tell your friends and family about me!

So how should you be adapting your workouts to fit your cycle?

There’s no hard and fast rules that apply to everyone - the first step is track your cycle and to really pay attention to how you feel throughout different stages.

Health & fitness is not as complicated as social media will sometime have us believe. The temptation is to chase the next ‘quick fix’, ‘magic’ supplement, or ‘perfect’ workout plan The truth is, for most people just getting these three basic habits covered would make a huge difference. It’s simple, but it’s not easy. The hard bit is structuring your routine so that these foundational practices become an automatic part of your day, every day.
