Self-care is so important, especially in times like these. How do you practice self-care? Do you read, give yourself a manicure, do some yoga? I love to take bubble baths with scented candles 🛁 🕯 It makes me feel so much better ☺️

One thing I got into last year was making my own scented candles! I use soy wax and pure essential oils 😊 If you ever want to buy one as a gift for someone with your massage, let me know ☺️

Another treatment I offer is pregnancy massage. This is the best time to relieve the aches and pains you're experiencing, focusing on the lower back, shoulders, and feet. I provide you with a comfortable space for you, using oils safe for pregnancy and plenty of pillows, and if you need a loo break, that's no problem!

The benefits of a prenatal massage include relaxation and pain relief, improved circulation which may help to reduce fluid retention, plus the release of prolactin and oxytocin.

Please note that my pregnancy massage therapy is only available to those past 14 weeks of pregnancy. The massage is also almost entirely done whilst lying on each side.
