For those who lose weight. OVERALL LIST of good foods and meals
Print it out and stick it on your fridge.

- Salads (preferably dressed with olive oil):
Vinaigrette, Greek, Caesar, Vegetable in various combinations (cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, cabbage, herbs, olives, lettuce).

- Soups:
Vegetable soup, Chicken and egg soup, Tomato soup, Porridge soup.

- Vegetables and greens:
Aubergine, courgettes, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, cabbage, bell peppers, leeks, parsley, dill, salad leaves.

- Fruits:
Apples, pears, oranges, tangerines, peaches, apricots, plums.

- Drinks (no sugar):
Coffee, black tea, green tea, squeezed fruit and vegetable juices as per list, berry morsels, fruit compotes,

- Dietary protein products:
Dietary lean meat - chicken breast, turkey, cooked (or steamed) lean fish, squid meat.
Boiled egg whites, scrambled egg whites, low-fat cottage cheese.

- Dairy products:
Low-fat kefir, low-fat cottage cheese, low-fat milk.

BREAKFAST FOOD
Tea, coffee, juices, morsels; with tea or coffee, a couple of hot chocolate squares are allowed.
Oatmeal, buckwheat, boiled eggs (one yolk only), scrambled eggs, plain kefir, low-fat cottage cheese, plain yoghurt, fruit (from the common list).

FOOD
Any food from the common list.

MEALS FOR DINNER
A minimum of 3-4 hours before bedtime, but if you have had an evening workout and are able to get through a workout, it is OK to eat a SMALL amount 40-60 minutes before bedtime.

Vegetable and green salads, low-fat kefir, diet cottage cheese, diet meat, fruit, vegetables, tea, juices, compotes, morsels.

It is better if you eat in small portions, but more often.
In between meals you can eat fruit, vegetables, salads, dairy products, drink tea, coffee and juices. But remember that the total number of meals per day should be limited.

How can you eat all you want and not get fat?

This is the question millions of people all over the world are asking themselves.
And millions of people are convinced that nature has done a great injustice by endowing some people with the ability to commit "gastronomic crimes" with impunity and condemning others to watch it all in frustration, sighing deeply and regretting their "bad luck".

Nowadays, food is not only the fuel one needs to live, but also a source of pleasure which can give positive emotions.
The fewer positive experiences you have in your life, the more fun you will have with food, reinforcing in your mind the pattern of behavior that elevates food to a higher position.

The result is that some people like food more than others and find it much more enjoyable, devoting a lot of attention to their meals and often turning them into a kind of ritual, planned in detail in advance and performed in strict solitude.

But while eating disorders are often obvious, both from the outside and from the first person, the problem of abdicating responsibility and transferring it to someone/something else often goes unnoticed.
And it is the shifting of responsibility that is one of the main factors that hinders results. I am reminded of it again today.

Let's get it straight once and for all:
Why do some people "eat everything and don't get fat" and other people "eat almost nothing and can't lose weight"?

To answer this question, we have to remember the term basic metabolism (aka basal metabolism, aka basal metabolic rate, aka BMR). This is the amount of energy your body uses while you lie on the sofa doing nothing. And it is on it (by most people's logic) depends how easy it is for you to lose weight.

And this basal metabolic rate can really vary from person to person...

🍴Pumpkin cheesecake
Per 100g - 248.26 kcalB/LU - 4.4/2.23/56.12

Ingredients:
For the chocolate base:
- 1 egg
- 15g cocoa
- 40 gr rolled oats (half grinded in coffee grinder)
- 30 gr rice flour
- 80 gr kefir
- 1/3 tsp of baking powder
- sweetener

For the cheesecake:
- 300g cream cheese (or fat cottage cheese)
- 200 gr pumpkin puree
- 30 g corn starch
- 1 egg + 2 yolks (you can, of course, replace with 2 eggs, but the yolks are softer)
- 80g sour cream 10%
- 50ml orange juice
- sweetener
- spices: vanilla, cinnamon, 1/2 orange peel

Preparation:

For the base: mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the kefir, egg yolk. Stir in the egg yolk.
Separately mix in the egg whites and a pinch of salt until stiff. Gently fold the egg white into the mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin, smooth, bake at 180 g for 12 minutes (until a toothpick comes out dry).
Leave the baked cake to cool.

For the cheesecake, use an immersion blender to blend all the ingredients together except for the zest. Finish with the zest and stir in. Pour the curd-pumpkin mixture over the cooled base.

Heat to 140-150°C in a preheated oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cook in a water bath, i.e. place a container of water on the bottom of the oven.
Do not open the oven at once.
After 30 minutes, open the door slightly, allow the cheesecake to cool completely and store in the refrigerator overnight.

HOW TO PUMP UP YOUR SHOULDERS IF THEY ARE DELTS

I don't know what the main thing is. It all depends on the mood, the date and the country! They say 'my tongue is my enemy', but on February 14 and March 8, it's quite a comrade and friend. The wolf feeds the legs, but how? If he has paws, and to eat with his feet is not convenient, I constantly spill borscht myself on the intimate places.

You can philosophize a long time, but today we're going to talk about the deltoid muscles, which we mistakenly call the shoulders!
Back in my wild youth, I was terribly lucky, although the statement is debatable, I "knocked out" both my shoulder joints, quickly and at once. Now every time, in case of improper use, when I forget that I'm not immortal, the reality proves to me that very much even and then for a long, long time, neither to scratch, nor to give the neighbours an accordion.

So I had to understand thoroughly, you just have to apply my experience.

The delts, aka the shoulders, are the only muscle group that can both pull and push.
The shoulder joint is very fragile with many rubbing parts. This is due to its function and structure.

When we decided that walking on 2 limbs is more fun than walking on 4 because you can browse an iPhone and pick your nose at the same time. Our upper limbs gained extra mobility and amplitude, but lost stability and strength.

The shoulder girdle has TEN joints! Hips at eight, spine at five, wrists at four ....
The delta itself is not placed over one joint, there are two: the shoulder joint and the Acromial Clavicle joint, which makes it vulnerable to ligament injury. So take 40min of your time and save yourself a couple of years in anatomy and going to the doctors, unless of course you are going to be wiping your own arse and picking daisies at any age in the future.
