This event is an opportunity to zoom into the inner workings of the mind... notice what stories we've created or built up inside our mind that now feel fixed, and may even influence or impact the way we think and live. This is a chance to work out what we've created and whether it serves us or not.

When we realise that we are the creators of our life, we also realise we get the opportunity to dream a more inspiring, fulfilling or exciting story... that if we told to ourselves often, it could change the way we interact with the world (and ourselves) forever.

We are not defined by what we are going through .. or what our external world is providing us with. We are also not defined by what our brain has practiced (and therefore strengthened) subconsciously.

We are not our anxiety, or we are not our mood.

They have potential to be temporary. Though we may go through moments of life where we feel we are not in control of our mood, feelings, energy… There are opportunities to shift the brain and find greater joy and happiness in everyday.

The way we like to do things at Tap Into, is to define our classes or sessions with a positive or neutral word… e.g. Direction or Perspective. This means that when you search on our on-demand library for a class you want to experience, your brain is already practicing to search for what it needs or craves… rather than clicking a video that is labelled “For Anxiety” which further subconsciously pushes your brain into accepting that you’re just an anxious person.

There is so much energy and excitement going on as summer arrives. ✨ Our life tends to get more spontanious, more social, and as it can make us feel uplifted and joyful, we can feel like we don’t really need to meditate or we simply can’t find the right time for it as days go long.

A part of the momentum is to meditate when you don’t feel like you need it which also gives you a chance to focus on what you WANT to feel, focus on being present with whatever is going on in your life and stay connected to yourself.

With more hours of sunlight during the summer, we also tend to be busier / pack more in. Try to create space in your schedule that’s just for you.

Maybe this means waking up 30 mins earlier, and using the morning to meditate or creating space once the sun has gone down - late evening.

If you’re a social bunny, leave your early evenings free to see friends and choose a day of the week that’s usually empty, to meditate late evening (Monday or Tuesday 9pm)

If you live with others or have a partners or kids, finding peace alone can be a little tricky. Communicate the importance of just half an hour to yourself…

Try connect even more with what’s out there, find a nice quiet spot outside a try to visualise or meditate in nature.

The way of discovering the limits of the possible, is to venture a little way past them into the impossible. ✨

Consciously or unconsciously, we often build assumptions about what we think we are capable of, what other people will think, what is appropriate, what is meant for us, and what is not. Eventually, we can believe it so much that those assumptions can become something that we settle for and suddenly, we live in the middle of the limitations that we created for ourselves, by ourselves.

As you close your eyes, possibilities become endless. What if this time you try to let yourself go where you really want to go, see your desire, and look at your true potential. Swim in that vision like in an ocean that brings you so much freedom. Surrender to the feeling of living it. 🕊

The mind-altering programme of Visualisation classes ‘Feel The Impact’ is back this month and we can’t wait to spend the summer with you!

Let’s face it, sitting indoors for half an hour is much more appealing in December than during these sunny days. Saying that, there’s a beautiful momentum established when you visualise regularly and we want to support you along the way, finding a peaceful heart and a joyful present moment.
