Spring can be challenging for lash retention.
Hay fever often brings sensitivity, watering, and irritation—especially around the eyes. For clients wearing eyelash extensions, this can impact both comfort and retention.
At MOKA, we take a considered approach and adapt each set based on what your eyes need in that moment.
During allergy season, we may recommend:
– Lighter lash extensions to reduce pressure on the natural lash
– Keeping the eyelid clean to remove pollen and minimise irritation
– Using appropriate eye drops to soothe dryness
– Pausing treatments when sensitivity is higher
There isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution.
