Well, that's what some people think.
Unfortunalely, this isn't a one off as I have seen several similar businesses making the same statement.
As a , too often, I have been contacted for free hair or huge discounts but why would someone look for a quality product and then proceed to devalue it? I have even had several wedding parties asking for free in exchange for photos.
Lets be realistic, how can I provide hair for the whole ?
My reality as a is:
- I have been in business for 3 years this month.
- Unlike larger, more established businesses who can afford to buy their hair from China, I source my products here in the UK so have to pay the middleman prices.
- If I am not happy with my samples, that money is lost and I have to look for another supplier and purchase samples again.
- I have business cost like every other business eg. accountant, buying samples for testing, Paypal costs, etc.
- I give free satin hair bags and free shipping within the UK only.
I hope this little behind the scene gives someone some insight into a real business that hasn't been polished up for social media.
