From complexity to perfection – because every detail matters!
This 27yrs old patient came in with a fractured UR1 that had to be extracted. Also had a defective zirconia crown on the neighbor tooth (UL1).
Immediate implant placement wasn’t a predictable option as the buccal bone plate was partially missing, so I planned a delayed approach with bone grafting (GBR) to assure a long term stability and soft tissue grafting (CTG) for optimal aesthetics.
At the end we gave him two beautifully veneered zirconia crowns on his central incisors, creating a harmonious smile that speaks confidence. 😎
