Ever wonder why many yogis keep their hair long?
In several spiritual traditions, hair isn’t just about style — it’s seen as a symbol of energy, devotion, and identity.
In yogic philosophy, Long hair has been part of yogic culture for centuries, inspired by figures like Shiva, the original yogi, often shown with flowing, matted locks. It represents freedom, power, and living in your natural state.
For some, it’s about energy.
For others, it’s about identity.
For many, it’s just choosing not to trim what grows naturally heighten intuitions Some yogis believe hair supports the nervous system — like an extension of awareness, helping you feel more, sense more, stay regulated. Whether you take that literally or symbolically, there’s something powerful about choosing not to cut what naturally grows.
Long hair.
Strong spine.
Steady breath.
Rooted but flowing.
Grounded but wild.
It’s not about aesthetics.
It’s about energy. ✨
The Journey #20
The Journey #20
Of choosing growth over old patterns.
Of breaking cycles quietly.
Of doing the inner work when no one was watching.
Freedom isn’t loud.
It’s built in the small, daily decisions.
As a life coach and Kundalini yoga teacher, I don’t just guide transformation — I live it.
If you’re rebuilding, redefining, or reclaiming your life…
keep going.
The version of you on the other side is worth it.

Be the Lighthouse.
my work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you remember who you are.
A lighthouse doesn’t run after ships.
It doesn’t scream into the storm.
It simply stands — grounded, unwavering — and shines.
As a Life Coach, I help you find clarity in the chaos.
Direction when you feel lost.
Confidence when doubt feels louder than your truth.
As a Yoga Teacher, I guide you back to your body.
Back to your breath.
Back to the steady place inside you that has always been there.
Different paths. Same light ✨

Walking along Folkestone seafront last night ,that feeling of freedom 🌊 something very powerful about the sea.
Most people think being a coach & hypnotherapist means I sit in a chair, speak softly, and “fix” people.
It’s not that.
It’s sitting with someone while they untangle thoughts they’ve carried for years.
It’s listening for the words they don’t say.
It’s noticing the shift in their breathing when something real surfaces.
It’s watching someone realise that the story they’ve been telling themselves… isn’t the only one available.
It’s holding space while they meet parts of themselves they’ve avoided — gently, safely, without judgement.
It’s not about control.
It’s not about tricks.
It’s not about swinging watches.
It’s about helping someone access the part of their mind that already knows the answer — the calm beneath the noise, the confidence beneath the doubt.
Some sessions are quiet breakthroughs.
Some are emotional releases.
Some are subtle but powerful mindset shifts.
But every time, it’s a privilege.
Because being a coach & hypnotherapist means witnessing someone remember who they are — without the fear, the habits, or the old patterns running the show.
And there is nothing ordinary about that.

Imbolc 🌿✨
An ancient Irish tradition marking the shift from winter toward spring — a quiet reminder that light is slowly returning.
I’m sharing this because, through yoga and meditation, I’ve learned to notice these subtle transitions. Imbolc isn’t loud or dramatic — it’s about inner warmth, intention, and gentle renewal, the same space we enter on the mat or in stillness.
It’s a time to clear what feels heavy, reconnect with the breath, and plant seeds for what we want to grow — even if nothing is visible yet.
Honoring the small beginnings.
Trusting the process.

One Step At A Time 👣
You don’t have to rush to be aligned.
I’ve learned to pause.
To breathe.
To listen.
Sometimes moving forward looks like rest.
Sometimes it looks like being held by mentors.
As a life coach & kundalini yoga teacher,
I’ve seen this again and again:
Growth happens when faith leads—not pressure.
One Day At A Time.
Always guided.
Always becoming.

As a meditator & yogi I’m reminded that no matter how high we rise , staying grounded is the real work .
Breath over ego , presence over height
The view is powerful but inner stillness is higher
✨🧘♀️✨
You may want to try this too ❤️🩹
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to the breath.
Not to control it yet—just to listen.
In Kundalini Yoga, the breath is the bridge between the finite and the infinite.
Each inhale invites prana to rise, gently awakening your inner current.
Each exhale releases what no longer needs to be carried.
Now inhale slowly through the nose, feeling the breath expand the ribs, the chest, the heart.
Pause for a moment in fullness.
Exhale completely, softening the jaw, the belly, the mind.
Let the breath become a sacred rhythm—
a wave moving up the spine,
a prayer without words.
Stay here.
Breathing yourself home.
Sat Nam.
