There’s so much conflicting advice everywhere that it’s easy to feel like you’re doing everything wrong

The reality is that wellness isn’t one size fits all! What works really well for one person might make someone else feel terrible

At some point you have to stop trying to follow every opinion online and start paying attention and tuning into your body to figure out what actually makes you feel good♥️

A space where people feel welcome, safe and genuinely comfortable just being themselves

Getting to hold these kinds of spaces and see the community slowly grow has been such a privilege, and we’re only just getting started 🥹 We’re so grateful for every conversation, every person who shows up, and the energy everyone brings into the room 🤍

We’ll begin with a gentle guided walk through Pishiobury Park, flow into a 30 minute yoga & meditation session with Move with El, and finish with a nourishing acai bowl with your choice of toppings
