DR ROSHAN PATEL
MBBS BSc (Hons)
Dr Rosh is a London based doctor and NHS GP registrar who graduated from the world leading UCL Medical School in 2021, where he also completed an intercalated BSc (Hons) in Cardiovascular Medicine.
Alongside his NHS training, he has developed a strong passion for aesthetic and regenerative medicine, with a particular interest in facial balancing, jawline enhancement and natural facial rejuvenation treatments that enhance confidence whilst maintaining individuality.
Dr Rosh is committed to delivering safe, evidence based treatments with a strong focus on facial harmony and patient centred care. He has trained in a range of non surgical aesthetic treatments including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters and regenerative skin treatments & advanced energy based procedures.
Known for his calm, approachable and personable manner, Dr Rosh takes time to understand each patient’s concerns and aesthetic goals in order to create tailored treatment plans that deliver balanced, refined and natural looking results.

We are still reluctant to push our accelerator pedal to floor and launch fully with fanfares, banners, treats, whoop whoops, as we are still embroiled in our final battle. A battle that means a lot to us, and something that has remained at our core ethos from day one.

Throughout the project, our commitment to sustainability remained at the forefront by:

• Selecting sustainable and energy efficient materials and systems
• Protecting the architectural heritage and industrial character of Shad Thames
• Minimising disruption to the local community and surrounding environment
• Creating a future ready commercial space built for long term success

🤍 It's a wonderful yet challenging time for us presently.
Growth in a family business is a beautiful thing, but it also comes with change, challenges, and moments that really test you.
As we continue to grow, expand our team, and evolve both clinics, I’ve realised that growth isn’t just about becoming “bigger, " it’s about learning how to let go, trust others, adapt, and lead differently.
When a business is built with family at its core, every decision feels personal. There is so much love behind the scenes, but also so much responsibility to protect what has been built while still allowing it to move forward.
This season has been one of the busiest and most transformative yet. New faces joining the team, new systems, new structure, additional location, and so much happening behind closed doors to support the next chapter of our journey ✨
It hasn’t always been easy, but it has been worth it.
I’m incredibly proud of what we’re building, not just a business, but a team and environment that feels supportive, ambitious, and full of heart 💜
